As a provider of bespoke, custom-engineered digital systems and professional consulting services, EZOX Tech Solutions operates under a clear milestone-based refund policy.
1. Custom Development & Consulting
All custom software development projects, including CRM, ERP, logistics platforms, and RAG/AI agent pipelines, are billed based on agreed milestones as specified in the project's Statement of Work (SOW).
- Initial Deposit: The kickoff deposit paid before the commencement of work is non-refundable, as it covers initial design, architecture, and resource allocation.
- Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is delivered, reviewed, and signed off by the client, the corresponding payment is non-refundable.
- Project Cancellation: In the event of project termination by the client, work completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced, and any remaining balance from prepaid milestones will be evaluated for a partial refund or credit, subject to terms specified in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Subscriptions
For any EZOX proprietary SaaS products or recurring maintenance/support subscriptions:
- Subscribers may cancel their monthly or annual support agreement at any time by giving 30 days' written notice.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service hours within the active billing cycle.
3. Dispute Resolution
