All custom IT consulting, CRM development, AI systems, and software engineering services provided by EZOX Tech Solutions are subject to separate master service agreements (MSA) and statements of work (SOW) executed between EZOX and the client. The terms of those individual agreements shall govern project delivery, intellectual property ownership of custom code, and payment schedules.
